On accessing this website, you agree and consent to our terms stated throughout with regards to SIRELLALTD conditions and product usage. SIRELLALTD under no circumstance will not disclose information of its customers or manufactures to any third party unless ordered by law. In the case of the company sale the customers information will be transferred appropriately and privately to the new and rightful owner of SIRELLALTD

 

Product Availability

 

SIRELLALTD Aim to maintain the volume of all stock advertised on this site at all times, On the rare occasion that certain products online at SIRELLALTD are currently out of stock, SIRELLALTD will not be responsible for your desired item being unavailable at the time of your purchase, however rest assure that our online team will be doing everything they can to maintain and replace the product stock levels. If any website malfunctions or problems should occur at the time of your purchase SIRELLALTD retains the rights to rectify any issues.

If any website malfunctions result’s in your order being terminated, when notified of the issue SIRELLALTD is notified will then work with our website provider to see that this is resolved quickly and effectively so that the customer can repurchase their order or be refunded if needed.

SIRELLALTD reserves the rights to the length of promotions across the website and social pages, the company are able to change or update the promotional prices or length of a deal at any time subject to stock availability.

 

Conditions of SIRELLALTD product use

SIRELLALTD will not be liable for any skin allergies or irritations caused by from wearing the products. All materials are stated in the description of each product and the customer is liable for ensuring they have no allergies to the materials before purchasing.

SIRELLALTD are also not responsible in maintaining the original condition of the products (loss of colour, tarnishing, scratches) after purchasing, due to the exposure of many lifestyle and environmental factors (sun, water, chemicals) that may contribute to the quality and appearance of the products, this is the sole responsibility of the customer.

 

 

 

Shipping and Handling Information

 

Most orders submitted before 12:00pm from Monday to Friday (UK Time) will be sent the next business day. There are ALL tracked.

 

Tracked postage means the package is tracked though to delivery.

 

SIRELLALTD does not take responsibility for any international parcels that go missing. We are not responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments or orders sent to incorrect, invalid addresses or correct addresses.

 

Orders may end up being returned for various reasons including: non-payment of Duty & VAT, incorrect address, unclaimed at post office, etc. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will need to email Sirellalimited@gmail.com to arrange redelivery and will also have to pay for all postage costs.

 

SIRELLALTD will help as much as possible to trace a missing parcel, however it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the carrier.

Shipping Time-Frames

 

We send all parcels 48hr tracked However, we cannot be responsible for any delays which can occur during shipping. Each tracked parcel will have a tracking number which will be on the customers shipping email, you can use this to track the progress of your order.

 

There could be Tax/VAT applied by customs after your online purchase. These delivery charges you may encounter are not inclusive of the original product or shipping price on the SIRELLALTD website, if you are unsure whether these charges may affect you, we advise you to contact your local customs office.

 

 

Returns Policy

 

This returns policy applies to all off our SIRELLALTD customers.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights (such as your rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000).

We have created a 10 days returns policy to enable you to return products to us ONLY if the Product is defective. your refund will be given at the original purchase price and made to you by your original method of payment.

The customer will be responsible for their own postal costs.

On rare occasions, some refunds may take longer than expected to process, however all refunds will be processed within 10 working days.

Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us where:

  • We receive the returned product within 10 days following the date of delivery of the product
  • Earrings are non returnable due to hygiene reasons.
  • The returned product is unworn, in its original packaging, with all product contents including gift pouch and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new.
  • Partially returned items will not be accepted.
  • You comply with the return’s procedure set out by SIRELLALTD
